The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) has taken significant strides in transforming the Peace Plant Paper (PPP) into a powerful, common position that reflects the best interests of the Ambazonian people. Through inclusive dialogue and collaboration, PRAP has shaped the PPP to be a unified and representative framework that addresses the core aspirations of Ambazonia. This evolution of the PPP underscores the coalition’s commitment to peace, justice, and a sustainable path toward self-determination.
Working closely with the coalition — which includes key organizations like the Ambazonia Liberation Movement (ALM), the Indigenous People of Ambazonia (IPOA), the Republic of Ambazonia (ROA), representatives from IDP and refugee communities, allied Ambazonian forces, and vibrant diaspora communities across South Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America — PRAP is now prepared to engage with international partners and present to the public an inspiring vision for the future of Ambazonia. This vision is one rooted in unity, cooperation, and a realistic path forward.
A Call for Constructive Engagement
As we advance with this coalition-backed roadmap, we recognize the differing views within our community. We appeal to those who remain committed to achieving liberation solely by force to give our approach a chance. The stakes are high, and the path to true liberation requires a realistic and attainable strategy. We invite open criticism and constructive feedback, as this will only strengthen our resolve and refine our vision. However, we urge all parties to move away from blackmail or divisive tactics, as they only hinder our collective progress.
Our Commitment to Realistic and Attainable Goals
PRAP and its coalition partners are bound by a duty to pursue a roadmap that not only resonates with the people of Ambazonia but is also feasible within the current geopolitical landscape. The PPP represents a carefully constructed path, aimed at securing Ambazonia’s future in a manner that prioritizes peace, stability, and justice. This roadmap is not about abandoning our aspirations but rather positioning ourselves to achieve them through diplomacy, dialogue, and strategic alliances.
Looking Ahead
PRAP’s journey is one of hope, determination, and shared purpose. We stand ready to work hand-in-hand with our coalition, diaspora communities from South Africa to North America, and international allies to bring the PPP’s vision to life. This is a vision that seeks to safeguard the rights, dignity, and aspirations of every Ambazonian. As we prepare to present this vision on the global stage, we are committed to representing the collective voice of our people, advocating for a peaceful and just resolution to the conflict, and charting a future where Ambazonia can thrive as a unified, independent entity.
In these critical times, let us stand together and push forward with a strategy grounded in realism, resilience, and respect for the diverse perspectives within our movement. Together, we can achieve a future for Ambazonia that is not only dreamed of but is within reach.
