REBUTTAL TO AGOVC PROPAGANDA: The People Deserve Truth, Not Tyranny
Capo Daniel – Chairman, PRAP | April 2025
If the AGOVC cannot even accept official court documents—easily accessible to anyone—then they have truly lost all credibility. They insult our people’s intelligence and prove they are more concerned with covering up their crimes than confronting the truth.
Ayaba Cho is caught in reality now. Denial won’t save him.
Official Court Documents Don’t Lie – But AGOVC Does
You know an organization is morally bankrupt when they go so far as to lie about publicly available court records.
The Oslo District Court ruling, dated March 10, 2025, which PRAP published in full, includes the following undisputed facts: 1. Ayaba Cho is charged under Norwegian Penal Code §§ 108 and 102 for crimes against humanity. 2. He is unemployed, with no source of income. 3. He was preparing to relocate to the UK, and the court deemed him a flight risk. 4. He owns a house worth 6.4 million NOK (≈ $600,000 USD) in Norway without proving the source of funds.
These are not my opinions. They are court-confirmed facts. The AGOVC’s refusal to acknowledge them only exposes their dishonesty. Any citizen can request these documents from the Oslo Tingrett. Their denial is not just deceitful—it is an insult to every Ambazonian who still believes in justice.
Where Is the Money Going?
Instead of explaining how Ayaba Cho—a jobless man—can afford a luxury property and international relocation, the AGOVC offers distractions and vague justifications. They’ve failed to explain how: Julius Nyih received funds to “close the border” yet never did—where did the money go? No accounting exists for many claimed “operations” that were never carried out. Field commanders like General JC lived in luxury hotels and built multimillion-franc estates—how?
These are not conspiracy theories. They are widely known facts, backed by documents, interviews, and videos.
Let us not forget: General JC executed a disabled man simply for helping others process Cameroon ID cards. The ADF released videos bragging about this. Was that not a war crime? Was that not a betrayal of our struggle?
AGOVC is not a liberation movement. They are a criminal cartel—funded by diaspora donations, extortion (aka “liberation taxes”), and black-market operations.
Taxi Color Ban: A Death Sentence for the Poor
In one of the most illogical and brutal decisions ever made by a so-called liberation group, AGOVC imposed a ban on yellow taxis in Bamenda. Over 14 taxis were burned by ADF forces. 9 civilians were killed, including 4 taxi drivers—ordinary breadwinners for their families.
The people rejected this ban, but AGOVC refused to reverse course. Why? Because fear and dominance not logic—govern their strategy.
How is this liberation? Who are they really fighting—Cameroon, or the Ambazonian people?
They’ve launched more attacks on other Ambazonian leaders than on CPDM officials. Why has every SDF figure who criticized Paul Atanga Nji either been threatened or killed by AGOVC-linked fighters?
Cameroon ID Ban: Cruel, Illogical, and Oppressive
AGOVC banned the use of Cameroon National ID cards in Ambazonia. The consequences? Our people cannot access healthcare, education, or food aid. No viable alternative documentation exists. This does not weaken the regime—it punishes ordinary civilians.
This ban is not a liberation policy—it is another layer of oppression. AGOVC is disconnected from our people and obsessed with meaningless gestures that inflict suffering.
Disarming Genuine Fighters, Empowering Chaos
AGOVC has actively disarmed or destroyed genuine self-defense camps—not because they posed a threat to civilians, but because they operated independently of Ayaba Cho’s dictatorship.
These were: Camps that protected their communities, Camps that respected humanitarian corridors, Forces now rejected by villages, who burned the ADF flag and banned them from their land.
Why? Because the AGOVC does not tolerate power-sharing. They are not liberating territory—they are colonizing it, then extorting money from the very people they claim to protect.
AGOVC Has No Answers – Only Attacks
Instead of addressing: Civilian deaths from the taxi color ban, Suffering from the ID ban, Ayaba Cho’s criminal charges, Fuel smuggling and racketeering, Verified war crimes from Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch—
They attack me.
They make baseless, unsubstantiated claims against someone who: Has never stolen a dime, Advocates peace, community schools, and human rights, Has faced threats, arson, and defamation for standing with the people.
If exposing corruption and defending the people makes me their enemy, then I wear that badge with pride.
Why Has Cameroon Never Asked for Ayaba Cho’s Extradition?
The million-dollar question: If Ayaba Cho is truly the most dangerous threat to the regime, why has Cameroon never sought his extradition—even with a court case now ongoing in Norway?
Because his chaos benefits them.
His extremism ensures the war continues. His lawlessness destroys the credibility of the movement. His violence silences the voices calling for peace.
Ayaba Cho is not Cameroon’s enemy he is their most useful asset.
Senator Kemende’s Assassination: Still Unanswered
I have published private conversations with Senator Kemende, exposing the tensions with AGOVC. After his assassination: His vehicle was seen at an ADF camp, A kidnapped lawyer filed a police report, naming the camp, AGOVC’s denial has addressed none of these facts.
Their fear now is that their actions may soon place more AGOVC leaders in Ayaba Cho’s legal position indicted, exposed, and disgraced.
Conclusion: The Mask Is Off
AGOVC’s press release did not respond to any real issue. It only confirmed what we’ve come to know:
They are no longer freedom fighters they are profiteers.
They have: Killed innocent civilians, Imposed irrational bans, Stolen funds meant for liberation, Lied about official court charges, And protected only their criminal empire.
The Peace Plant Paper (PPP) is the only real path to liberation now—rooted in dialogue, community ownership, and peaceful resolution.
AGOVC opposes it not because it’s weak but because it threatens their profits, their power, and their lies.
It is time to pull off their mask, end the lies, and build a future based on peace, dignity, and truth.
